i need to make an 10inch 18th birthday cake and I have tested making a Swiss roll recipe which just included the eggs, sugar and flour. I made it and it came out perfect, fluffy and so light! but when I made it today in a 9inch tin it came out heavy, dense and tasteless, was very disappointed! i think I may have added in a little too much flour,does any one have any advice on this because I have looked on the internet but can't seem to find much answers! thanks :) x
