Are there any tasteless drink additives that you can use to make a clear drink look milky?

I am hosting a highlighter party, and want to make the drinks glow by adding something to them that will make them more white in color, like when you add malt powder to soda to make it cloudy. I am wondering if there are any products that do that, that are safe to consume.
