Swarovski crystal figurine black dot eye...?

I have a piece by Swarovski ( a pair of lovebirds on a branch that have come off....one...I need to know what glue to use to put them back on branch and two...one of the black dot eyes has been lost and I was wondering if anyone knew where I could find one...sigh...this piece was a limited edition ( members only piece ) that was left to me by my grandparents and I want to restore it back to how it looked....
