Skinless chicken breast- why does it taste so BAD? how to season it properly? HELP! calling all GOOD COOKS?

My husband loves mine. I buy the Montreal Chicken Seasoning. I put the chicken breast in a pan and poke them, then put the seasoning on them and cover them with tinfoil. I bake them at 350 for 20 minutes, turn them over and then for another 30. If you keep them covered, then they are more moist.
