I Run With The Wolves, I think your exaggerating a bit with that half a kilo of salt. You do season as you cook right? I boil my rice in stock, like chicken stock, you could boil it in vegetable stock for added flavor. What disturbs me your body may be lacking a sodium and it craves for it. I would talk to your doctor about it. Don't be like me, I was into the salt also, had a pacemaker procedure done yesterday. That give you a clue?
