All of that food is fine as long as you don't eat 3 servings at a time. Have you ever tried flavored almonds? They are amazing and are more filling than those types of snacks, but at the same time those are not really junk food because they are not fried. With regards to ice cream, it is just frozen sugarier, creamier, and fattier version of milk. I personally take chocolate milk and put it in the freezer for 20-30 minutes. It tastes like a milkshake.
