IS VIT BETTER THAN GITAM.......?

HI.....i 've got a call from both the institutes.....i'll have to join one ofthem soon........in the college rankings vit is better than gitam....and i'vetalked to some people aboutvit.... they say thatinvit they take more care of the ece branch........while for the others they are not bothered...... whilein gitam....the faculty is quite good.... they take care of all the branches.....butim a north indian...so the people here in gitam talk in telugu......n form there own group and stuff......while in vit..... children mostly speak in english.....which is better for me.......so here it is .......which college should i join......please help....
